As a church we are a community of believers who seek to walk together following Christ for the sake of the world. Along the way we worship and pray together, we learn and share together, we laugh and occasionally cry together. As the song puts it:

We like to think that we are a friendly church in which everybody is welcome and valued. Within our congregation are people from every stage of life, different stages of faith and a variety of different cultures. We are very much a local church and are keen to reach out and serve our local community and to work with other local churches.
As with other Baptist congregations we are self-governing and self-supporting. Leadership is normally provided by our minister (though at present we are without a minister and seeking to recruit a new one) and a team of deacons (we currently have 8 deacons), although final authority for the decisions we make rests with the members meeting together under God’s guidance.
